本栏目隶属于中国社会经济发展促进会（CASED），本机构依据香港特别行政区法律注册设立，网站服务器部署于中国香港。本协会未在中华人民共和国内地民政部门完成社会组织登记、备案，不属于内地法定社会团体。本网站仅为境外线上信息展示平台。

本【惠企政策】栏目刊登的世界各地招商资讯、产业扶持政策、园区介绍、企业推介资料，全部由会员单位、第三方机构自行提交上传。

栏目仅做行业交流层面的信息陈列展示，不属于政府官方公告、官方政策发布渠道，不代表本协会认可政策真实性，亦不代表任何一级政府部门授权、背书。

所有政策原文、最新细则，请以世界当地人民政府、招商主管部门官方发布为准。

3. 关于会员展示特别说明

页面展示的世界各地招商部门、中小企业信息，均由该单位自愿提交资料、自主申请成为本协会境外会员后展示。

不存在本协会在内地主动邀约、上门招揽、委托第三方代办入会的行为；所有入会申请、资格审核、会费缴纳、证书发放全部流程均在中国香港完成，仅使用协会香港对公账户收取相关费用。

本协会不在内地境内开展会员招募、会费收取、会员管理、线下授牌、会员集会等社团运营活动。

单位名称、招商资讯在本栏目刊登展示，仅代表该单位为本协会境外会员，不代表该政府部门、企业与本协会在内地存在合作关系，不代表可以凭借会员身份获取政策绿色通道、项目审批优待、财政补贴优先权。任何单位不得利用本协会会员身份对外宣称拥有官方合作资质。

5. 信息真实性责任划分

第三方上传的招商条件、补贴金额、产业要求、园区配套等全部内容，由信息提交方承担全部真实性、合法性责任。本协会仅做页面陈列，不负责核验政策落地效力、承诺对接政府资源、保证项目招商成功。访客依据本页面资讯做出投资、选址决策产生的一切风险与损失，由访客自行承担。

6. 地域合规提示

中华人民共和国内地用户浏览本栏目、查阅资讯、提交入会申请，完全属于浏览者单方面自主自愿行为。本协会不会通过微信、短视频、公众号等内地网络平台投放广告，主动招揽内地机构、企业入会。

The website server is located in Hong Kong, China. The Association is NOT registered or filed with any civil‑affairs authority in mainland China. This website is only an overseas online information‑display platform.

All investment‑promotion news, industrial policies and enterprise profiles published in this column are submitted voluntarily by member entities and third‑party organizations.

Contents are displayed only for industry‑exchange reference. They shall NOT be regarded as official government announcements, nor imply endorsement or authorization from any government authority. The latest official policies shall be subject to the release of local government departments.

All government departments and enterprises shown on this page submit materials and apply for overseas membership of the Association entirely of their own free will.

No membership solicitation, agency‑application or fee‑collection activity will be carried out by the Association within mainland China. All reviews, payments and certification procedures are completed in Hong Kong SAR via the Association’s designated Hong Kong corporate bank account. The Association shall not conduct daily member‑management activities inside mainland China.

4. Misrepresentation Prohibition

Display on this page only proves the entity is an overseas member of the Association. It does NOT mean cooperative relationship with mainland government, nor guarantee priority for subsidies, project approval or policy support. No member shall misuse membership status for false official‑background publicity.
